Description
Quick and easy creamy garlic pasta ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less Parmesan.
