Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
- Drain pasta and toss with the tomato mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan.
