Description

These Air Fryer Chocolate Cupcakes are moist, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make! Perfect when you crave chocolate but don’t want to turn on the oven.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Line silicone or paper cupcake liners and fill each 2/3 full with the batter.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Place the liners in the basket and air fry for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Let cupcakes cool before serving or frosting as desired.

Notes

Top with whipped cream or your favorite frosting. These cupcakes can also be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
