Simple no-bake almond bliss balls packed with energy and flavor. A perfect healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for coating)
Instructions
- Add almonds to a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
- Add dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture sticks together.
- Roll into small balls using your hands.
- Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Substitute shredded coconut with cocoa powder or chopped nuts if preferred.
