Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Add almonds to a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
  2. Add dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture sticks together.
  3. Roll into small balls using your hands.
  4. Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
