Description
Sweet and fluffy cinnamon rolls infused with apple cider flavor, topped with a rich cream cheese glaze.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm apple cider
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
- 4 oz cream cheese (for glaze)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm apple cider, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place in a greased baking pan and let rise another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
