Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup grated apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, almond milk, grated apple, cinnamon, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again before serving. Add toppings if desired.
