Description

Crispy and tender apple fritters baked to perfection. A delicious treat with warm spices and sweet apple chunks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups diced apples


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced apples.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
