Description

A quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water or beef broth


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with water. Pour into pan.
  6. Stir until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice.

  • Slice beef thinly for quick cooking.
