Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 slices bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
