Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken is crispy, juicy, and flavor-loaded. Perfect for weeknights, brunch, or a make-ahead meal.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pound or slice chicken evenly and pat dry.
2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Sauté garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side.
6. Sprinkle parmesan over chicken during last minute of cooking.
7. Flip briefly to crisp the cheese side, then serve hot.
Notes
Make ahead by marinating chicken overnight for stronger flavor.
Use Romano or asiago if out of parmesan.
For best reheating results, avoid microwave and use stovetop or oven.
