Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
