Ingredients

- 1 tbsp nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla in a jar or container.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Before eating, top with berries and nuts.
- Stir and enjoy cold or warmed slightly.
