Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
