A creamy and crunchy salad combining fresh broccoli, crispy bacon, and a rich mayo dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Chop broccoli into small florets.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl.
- Toss broccoli, bacon, red onion, and sunflower seeds in the dressing.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add toasted almonds.
- Best served cold.
