Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
