Description
Buffalo chicken wraps are spicy, cheesy, and incredibly easy to prepare. Perfect for lunch, game day, or a fast weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup Frank’s buffalo wing sauce
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
4 large flour tortillas
½ cup ranch dressing
2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
½ cup shredded carrot
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
2. Toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Cook in skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes.
4. Add buffalo sauce and simmer for 2 minutes to coat.
5. Warm tortillas and spread with ranch dressing.
6. Add lettuce, carrot, onion, buffalo chicken, and cheese.
7. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps.
8. Slice and serve immediately or wrap for meal prep.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of ranch.
Swap tortillas with lettuce leaves to reduce carbs.
