Description
A warm and comforting dish combining sweet butternut squash and crisp apples, perfect for fall.
Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss butternut squash and apples with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
