Description
Rich and fudgy brownies with a surprise Cadbury egg center.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Cadbury Creme Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan. Place Cadbury eggs evenly on top.
- Cover with remaining batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
- Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
