Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 chai tea bag or 1 tsp chai spice mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until smooth.
- Add the chai tea bag or spice mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and discard the tea bag if used.
- Whip heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Pour hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream.
