Description
A warm and comforting drink combining the rich flavors of hot chocolate with aromatic chai spices, topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 chai tea bag or 1 tsp chai spice mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, and chai tea bag or spice mix. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag if used.
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Pour hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For extra richness, use dark chocolate instead of cocoa powder.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
