Spooky and delicious breadstick bones coated in cheese and served with marinara sauce for dipping. Perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated breadstick dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the breadstick dough and separate into strips.
- Twist each strip into a bone shape by making knots at both ends.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
- Use a sharp knife to score the breadsticks for a more bone-like appearance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
