Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
