  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Layer half the potato slices in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over the potatoes.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes and cheese.
