A simple and healthy chia pudding with vanilla and mixed berries.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey in a bowl.
- Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with mixed berries before serving.
