Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, pasta, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
