Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Chill dough for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
- Place cookies 2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges set.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
