A simple and delicious baked salmon dish with a sweet and tangy citrus glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush salmon with olive oil, then pour the citrus glaze over the fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing honey.
- Use fresh citrus juice for the best flavor.
