Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush salmon with olive oil, then pour the citrus glaze over the fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
