Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more for sweeter)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon
For serving: vanilla cookies, whipped topping, and banana
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
3. Layer pudding with vanilla cookies in serving dish.
4. Top with whipped topping and fresh banana slices.
5. Chill for 30 minutes if desired before serving.
