Creamy, protein-packed Cottage Cheese Overnight Oats you can prep ahead for a perfect breakfast.
Ingredients
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions
1. Combine oats and almond milk in a jar.
2. Add cottage cheese, sweetener, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Top with berries.
4. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
5. Stir before serving. Add more milk if desired.
Notes
Use gluten-free oats if needed.
