A protein-packed Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust that’s easy, healthy, and delicious. Perfect for weeknight dinners or creative brunch spreads.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
Optional toppings: herbs, veggies, meats
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Mix blended cottage cheese with self-rising flour to form dough.
4. Shape dough into pizza base on baking sheet.
5. Pre-bake crust for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
6. Spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella and desired toppings.
7. Bake for another 8–12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
8. Let cool 3–5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best results.
Pre-bake the crust to avoid sogginess.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat slices in the oven or air fryer for crispness.
