Description
This creamy Cottage Cheese Smoothie is protein-packed, low in carbs, and easy to make with fresh or frozen fruits. A perfect breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sweetener (honey, monk fruit, or maple syrup)
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese to the blender.
2. Add frozen strawberries.
3. Pour in almond milk.
4. Add vanilla extract and sweetener.
5. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For a keto-friendly version, use unsweetened almond milk and monk fruit sweetener.
To make with fresh fruits, add a few ice cubes for thicker texture.
Try adding chia seeds or flaxseeds for added fiber.
