Description
Cottage Cheese Wraps are a quick, protein-packed alternative to flour wraps. Naturally low-carb, gluten-free, and incredibly versatile for any meal.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
2. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning. Blend again.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour 1/4 of batter, spread into thin circle.
5. Cook 2–3 minutes until edges firm and bottom is golden.
6. Flip carefully, cook another 1–2 minutes.
7. Transfer to wire rack and repeat with remaining batter.
8. Store wraps stacked with parchment in airtight container.
Notes
Use full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese.
Omit Parmesan or substitute nutritional yeast if desired.
Wraps last 4–5 days in fridge.
Freeze wraps flat between parchment layers for longer storage.
