Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped (for coating)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans and dried cranberries for coating.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
