Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6 ears)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle flour over corn and stir to coat.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until thickened.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm.
