Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
