Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add pasta, peas, and bacon to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
