Description
Crispy air fryer pickle fries are a delicious and easy-to-make snack. They are crunchy on the outside and tangy on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (16 oz) dill pickle slices
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Drain pickle slices and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each pickle slice in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place pickle fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use thick-cut pickle slices for better texture.
- For extra crispiness, double-coat the pickles in breadcrumbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
