Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup julienned zucchini
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, egg, and salt in a bowl to make a smooth batter.
- Add scallions, zucchini, and mushrooms to the batter. Stir well.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Adjust batter thickness with more water if needed.
