Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small saucepan.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
