Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, heat balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small saucepan.
  6. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
