Rich, creamy, and indulgent no-bake chocolate cheesecake bars layered with Oreo crust and optional liqueur for flavor depth.
Ingredients
– 18 Oreo cookies – crushed for the crust
– ¼ cup unsalted butter – melted
– 1 tablespoon dark chocolate – melted (for crust)
– 4 ounces brick-style cream cheese – softened
– 8 ounces dark chocolate – chopped
– ¾ cup heavy whipping cream – whipped
– 1 tablespoon Baileys or Kahlua – optional
– ½ teaspoon salt – optional but enhances flavor
– ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter and 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate. Press into a lined 8×8 pan.
2. Melt the chopped dark chocolate and let cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly mix in melted chocolate and optional Baileys.
4. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold gently into the chocolate mixture.
5. Stir in mini chocolate chips and spread the filling evenly over the crust.
6. Chill in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
7. Slice and serve chilled with optional toppings like chocolate drizzle or sea salt.
Notes
Use brick-style cream cheese for firmness. Chill overnight for clean slices. Optional: freeze for longer storage.
