Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Stir in cheese, ham, sausage, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
