Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, chives, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture back into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill until ready to serve.
