Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz sliced ham
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
- Layer ham and shredded cheese on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
