Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook beef strips until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Add flour, paprika, and tomato paste, stirring for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in beef stock and bring to a simmer.
  6. Return beef to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in sour cream until combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
