  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, vegetables, rice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
