Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, vegetables, rice, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
