Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and honey until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.

  7. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
