Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
