Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and diced tomatoes.
- Pour in beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
