Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Toss in vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
