A hearty and comforting dish made with tuna, noodles, and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, soup, milk, peas, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked noodles and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned tuna.
- Replace peas with other vegetables if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
